Users acceptance for their data to be processed as indicated is necessary for us to provide this service.  Use of this services is subject to acceptance thereof, which is revocable, without retroactive effect, as set forth in the provisions of Articles 6 and 11 of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection 15/1999, of 13 December 1999. Users shall in all cases respond for the the veracity of the information provided. The Association of Registrars may exclude users who provide false information from using the services provided, without prejudice to other actions stipulated by law.
The Assocation of Registrars reserves the right to amend this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence. In such cases the Association of Registrars will include any changes in this document giving reasonable notice before they are made.
